Return and Exchange

We hope you love everything that you order from us because we absolutely make every product with love and care. 

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

GENERAL

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

  • By telephone at +91 9930640250  between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST
  • By email at connect.thekefihouse@gmail.com  with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer.

Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as THE KEFI HOUSE holds the right to not accept returns in case the product appears to be used or damaged.

Pieces bought in sale/special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable. All orders placed during sale will be delivered in 15–20 working days. We do not accept any return, exchange or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.


Exchange Conditions

  • If you wish to exchange a size or style, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. In case the exchanged product is of a lower value, no refund will be issued. If the exchanged product is of a higher value, the difference along with applicable additional shipping charges will need to be paid.
  • All exchanges must be authorized by us before you send the goods back.
  • After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 5–7 working days.
  • THE KEFI HOUSE holds the right to reject any exchange request if the products reach us after the stipulated time.
  • The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.
  • We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged.
  • The merchandise should not be worn or washed and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags.
  • Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 15 working days of receiving the product, as all our pieces are made to order.

Refund

Refunds will only be processed in case of an unfulfilled order or if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment delivered.

Since all our products are hand-made, there will be a certain level of variance in the measurements and the same will not be considered as a product defect.

The refund amount will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–15 days and will not include the shipping charges.


Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping charges, taxes, and duties paid on receipt are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges and custom duties/taxes are to be borne by the customer.
  • If THE KEFI HOUSE sends you a faulty product or wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs stated above.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at connect.thekefihouse@gmail.com.
The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7–15 days.


Store Credit

If you wish to not make a purchase immediately, we can issue you a 'STORE CREDIT' valid for 60 days from date of issue, which will be emailed to you on your registered email address.
