Shipping Terms and Conditions

At The Kefi House, we craft each piece with intention and care. Everything we offer is built to last—and we’re committed to a transparent, respectful, and fair experience for every customer.

Shipping Teams and Conditions

Our orders are shipped from our Mumbai studio and dispatched to the shipping address provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to help deliver the package smoothly and quickly.

Shipping, Customs & Delivery Timelines

Kefi Kids: Orders are usually shipped within 8 business days from the date of order. Delivery time after dispatch varies based on the location.

Kefi Womens: Orders are shipped within 15 days  of order placement. All products are made to order. Delivery time post-dispatch depends on your location.

International Orders: Shipped within 15 days of placing the order. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

Kefi Kids and Womens order: Incase if there is an order from both the categories , the order will be clubbed and will be shipped as per womenswear time lines. Incase you wish to split the order kindly email us connect.thekefihouse@gmail.com. (Order splitting may attract additional shipping Charges) 

Sale Orders: Orders placed during a sale take 12–15 working days to ship from the date of order placement.

Partial COD Policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD). We provide Partial COD only as a booking amount to confirm production.

  • The Partial COD amount is non-refundable once the order is booked.

  • If the shipment is refused, cancelled at delivery, or unaccepted, the booking amount remains non-refundable.

  • The remaining payment must be completed against delivery.

This policy ensures secure processing of custom pieces and helps us reduce production waste.

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability or customizations.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days.


Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders

We offer free shipping for all orders

All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

International Orders

A flat rate is calculated based on the weight of the order for worldwide shipping.

Order Traceability (Tracking)

We email you the tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched.

We currently do not provide an active website tracking link, but this feature may be added in the future.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are imposed by local authorities and are not included in our listed prices.

These charges are to be paid by the customer upon delivery, directly to the courier or customs office.

The Kefi House does not take responsibility if the package is held at customs or elsewhere in the destination country.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or Dropbox addresses.
  • Double-check your shipping address to avoid delays or additional reshipping charges.
  • If you need to update the address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
