Shipping Terms and Conditions

At The Kefi House, we craft each piece with intention and care. Everything we offer is built to last—and we’re committed to a transparent, respectful, and fair experience for every customer.

Dispatch Timelines

Kefi Kids: Shipped within 8 business days (ready to ship).

Kefi Womens: Shipped within 10–12 business days (made to order).

International Orders: Dispatched within 10–12 working days; delivery time varies by destination.

Sale Orders: May take 12–15 working days to dispatch.

If your order includes both Kids & Womenswear, it will ship as per Womenswear timelines unless you request to split (extra charges may apply).

Shipping Charges

Domestic: Free shipping across India (all prices include GST).

International: Flat rate based on order weight.

Delivery & Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs, import taxes, and VAT are payable by the customer at delivery.

The Kefi House is not responsible for customs delays or holds.

Non refundable charges :

The Partial COD amount is non-refundable once the order is booked.  If the shipment is refused, cancelled at delivery, or unaccepted, the booking amount remains non-refundable.

Important Notes

No delivery to P.O. boxes or Dropbox addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct; contact us within 24 hours of ordering for changes.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
